What's included in the online presentation?
For every property listed on the website, we create an online presentation. It includes HD photographs, video, 360° view presentation and detailed description of the property and its location. We share information about a distance to public institutions, schools, supermarkets, parks and other places of public importance. Photos give you a detailed insight into the property, the video takes you on a virtual tour, and 360° view presentation gives you a real feel of the property. Also, there is the interactive floor plan – a technical drawing with photos of every room and information about room layout. This drawing is attached to photographs so you can see how each room looks like, where is located and how it’s connected to other rooms.
The brokerage of an online agent is no different than the brokerage of a traditional agent, for in both cases negotiation is done via phone. Our online agents negotiate between interested parties in order to conclude a legal transaction. Negotiations involve price negotiation, time management for the handover of the property, advising on certain investments in the property, as well as the realization of legal and administrative processes.
The online agent reaches out to the property owner and the interested buyer/tenant after the property viewing. Next, the agent leads the negotiation via phone or electronically in order to find the best solution for both sides.
