Moving towards the more distant section, the floor count increases to Gar+G+3 and extends further to encompass the full structure Gar(-2)+Gar(-1)+G+6. The building features three entrances equipped with vertical communications, and the garage includes two ramps leading from level -1.5. On level -2, three exits are present, interconnected with other levels through stairs and elevators. The ground floor is allocated for commercial purposes, and the building incorporates two passages facilitating quick access to the courtyard and the Round Pavilion of the Leskovac Fair.
