There is an option of individual renting when they will have two possibilities – to furnish the apartment themselves or to have the hotel furnish the apartment instead of the owner.
The return on the investment is calculated for eight to ten years, and if Jahorina is declared a national park, the construction will be limited and the prices of the apartments will increase significantly, which could speed up the return on the investment to five to seven years.
